Why are you a Christian Science practitioner?
One of the main reasons I do this is because of you! It is thrilling to witness God's activity in people's lives including my own. Having the opportunity to witness the power and intelligence of God is deeply humbling. And shouldn't each of us have the right to know and see this?
How long have you been doing this?
I have been taking calls to provide prayerful support since 2006. I have been advertising in the Christian Science Journal as a practitioner since 2012.
What is something you treasure?
I love nature from the smallest dew drops to the most expansive views. In the book of Proverbs, the Bible explains that God's wisdom has "founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew" (Prov. 3:19, 20).
Recently, I took a walk to work something out through prayer that I was worried about. I saw these little water drops after it had rained (I had to snap some pictures). It reminded me of the love God gives. The tree didn't have to ask. The tree didn't get it because of something it did to deserve the nourishment. It was simply provided. This illustrated to me the unconditional law of divine Love that is always in operation supplying the need. This helped melt away all the worry and a solution to the problem followed.
